RAM BATTLE OF THE BANDS LIVE AT RODEO AUSTIN

March 8, 2011 Off By Roberta Johnston

Rodeo Austin is gearing up for the annual Fair and Rodeo, March 11th – March 26th, and is proud to partner with RAM Trucks to present live performances from the two finalists of the RAM Battle of the Bands contest. Aspiring country music bands or individual performers submitted their videos on the RAM Facebook page earlier this year, and fans across the country voted for their favorite group. The 10 highest voted videos moved on to the RAM panel of judges, from which the top two favorite videos were selected.

The results are in and Rodeo Austin is proud to present the two finalists, Justine Blazer and The Natalie Turgeon Band, live on March 20, 2011 at 12 PM. The two finalists will play their hearts out on Rodeo Austin’s Rockin’ A Outdoor Stage competing for two cash prizes. First place will take home $5,000 while second place gets $2,500.
