“BEST LITTLE COWBOY GATHERING” IN LA GRANGE ANNOUNCES JETT WILLIAMS (HANK SR’S DAUGHTER) TO ATTEND MARCH 12^TH-13^TH EVENT

Rain or shine, sleet or snow, the cowboy spirit rides into La Grange on the second weekend of March, 2010 to the Fayette County Fairgrounds. Billed as the “Best Little Cowboy Gathering in Texas,” this event includes a sanctioned barbeque cookoff, horse clinics, domino tournament, arts and crafts, chuck wagons, dancing, loads of children’s activities, and an amazing musical lineup. 

 Friday March 12th spurs off a new attraction to the event—the Coors Best Little Cow Girl’s Ball with Jake Hooker & the Outsiders performing. Another new attraction, the Brazos Bottom Cowographers includes cowboy re-enactment “shootouts” scheduled three times (11:00 am 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm) for Saturday, March 13^th.  

 Saturday’s musical entertainment kicks off at 11:00 am and runs until midnight with extraordinary talented performers. “Jett Williams has already announced on the MidNight Jamboree in Nashville that her cowboy hat is pointed toward Texas,” states Donella Dopslauf-Cernosek, who is on the Board of Directors. Additional musical lineup includes: Darrell McCall, Ken Brothers, K. R. Woods, Devon Dawson, Quebe Sisters Band, Justin Trevino, Amber Digby, square dancers, and more. 

 “The Quebe Sisters Band is back by popular demand and has been on Marty Stewart’s show twice as well as the Grand Ole Opry,” states Jon Quinn, President of the Board of Directors.
