WOMEN IN THE HORSE INDUSTRY ARE GATHERING TOGETHER

Women working in the horse industry are gathering together November 3-4 for two days of seminars, panels, networking and doing business.

Hosted by the Women’s Horse Industry Association, the 2009 Conference will be held in Louisville, Kentucky at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The event is open to members and non-members.

The WHIA was formed only two and a half months ago and now has more than 500 members in the U.S., Canada and Europe. “We’re a huge networking group on a mission to help each other become even more successful in our horse businesses. Our conference is the first time women working in the horse industry will have a chance to come together to learn information, do business with one another and make lifelong friends,” states Executive Director, Catherine Masters.

The Women’s Horse Industry has over 500 members in all areas of the horse industry from miniatures to mules and everything in between. ‘If you can’t find what you need from our members, it probably doesn’t exist,” states VP Debby Lening.
